Refund & Cancellation Policy for E-Learning Services

Course Cancellation Rights


14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 25% of the course content
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@suplife.cc
Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days

Spot Consultation Cancellation

Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled consultation
50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before consultation
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before consultation

Partial Refunds

Full Study Course

75% refund if cancelled within first month
50% refund if cancelled within second month
No refund after two months of enrollment
Refund amount calculated based on unused portion of course

Technical Issues

Pro-rated refund available for persistent technical issues on our end
Must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence
Technical issues must be verified by our IT team

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:
Downloaded digital materials
Completed consultations
Certification fees
Administrative processing fees
Courses completed more than 25%

Service Quality Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied with our service quality:
Submit detailed feedback within 7 days of the session
Request review for partial credit or session replacement
Each case evaluated individually by management

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@suplife.cc with:
- Your full name
- Order/enrollment number
- Reason for refund
- Date of purchase
- Proof of technical issues (if applicable)

Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside standard policy for:
Medical emergencies (with documentation)
Natural disasters
Extended platform technical failures
Other exceptional circumstances (evaluated case-by-case)
This policy complies with Hawaii State Law and U.S. Consumer Protection Regulations.
